is a 7-week group journey for women who are ready to blow the roof off their own limitations – through performance, the camera, and the sacred play of unapologetic SELF-EXPRESSION.
We go crazy, dance wild and sing out loud, because something ancient in us is roaring. Weighed down by stories we swallowed like bricks, still feeling the ghost of a chain around an ankle we outgrew long ago. Every week the performed self loses a little more of her grip. And the real Self takes the stage.
The cage was never the truth. You just forgot to look at how large you had become.

7 WEEKS OF THEMED, ARCHETYPAL PLAY
- weekly 90 min Embodiment– Coaching calls. To be witnessed and go places you wouldn’t dare going alone.
- weekly unhinged Assignment. You pick a scene/song matching the week’s Archetype.
- you go big, wild and play hard in the facebook group, and receive our adoration and my coaching in regards to your posted scene.
- A ceremonial closing call. You dress for the woman you have become, she has been waiting for this moment.

Pay in full: 777€. Your Bonus: A private 30-minute attunement call. We find your edge before the playground opens OR map out where she takes you by the end.

I am an Actress, Comedian, Filmmaker, Embodiment Guide and a Poet. Archetypal, unhinged and mystical AF. I have spent my life studying the wild feminine through Performance, Spirituality, Tantra, through Movement & Dance and the kind of living that leaves marks and heals wounds. As a Mother and an ex-wife. Left home at 16, married at 19 and gave birth to my Son at 24.
I created UNHINGED PLAYGROUND because I know what it costs a woman to keep her wildness caged. I cooked in my own slow burn for years before I finally let her out and came to my senses, realizing that,
unbridled Self-Expression is the fastest path into feminine power.
So, obviously…I am passionate to help you find your way back to your fullest, most unhinged and most unapologetic Self-expression. Not to perform better. Or to be more likeable or more marketable. But to remember who you actually are. Do you remember that playful little girl?
